These grapes are from an organically farmed block at Zaca Mesa in Santa Ynez Valley. This fruit was picked and pressed without de-stemming and placed in stainless steel tanks to age. Viognier is a lovely aromatic Rhone variety that has always been a favorite of ours. This vintage shows notes of honey, Meyer lemon, stone fruit such as white peach, and a touch of salinity. We think it would pair well with seafood, a simple summer salad, and roast chicken with lots of garlic and lemon. Wildly Drinkable!
